На десерт: кокосовый пудинг с черникой и семенами чиа

Адепты правильного питания настаивают — все самое вкусное, сладкое и калорийное лучше съедать с утра, чтобы дать организму возможность за день потратить все лишние калории. А нам кажется, можно в этом правиле сделать исключение. Например, приготовить полезный десерт и устроить себе маленький праздник даже после шести. Предлагаем вам рецепт кокосового пудинга с черникой и семенами чиа.
Ингредиенты (на 3 порции):
кокосовое молоко — 600 г
черничный пудинг — 85 г
сахарный песок — 30 г
семена чиа — 40 г
малиновый соус — 25 г
малина — 25 г
свежая мята — 3 листка
Способ приготовления:
1. Кокосовое молоко вместе сахаром разогреть на огне в сотейнике, смешать с черничным пудингом и довести до кипения.
2. Полученную смесь охладить, затем добавить семена чиа.
3. Разложить по бокалам и убрать в холодильник на час.
4. Перед подачей украсить ягодами, малиновым соусом и мятой.
