Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: гречишные блины с вареньем
В преддверии Масленницы, которую будут отмечать в России всю следующую неделю, HELLO.RU рассказывает, как приготовить традиционные гречишные блины. Пышные, легкие, с чуть заметной кислинкой, они считаются исконно русским блюдом, а подавать их принято со сметаной или вареньем.
Ингредиенты:
Молоко — 750 мл
Куриные яйца — 3 шт.
Сахар — 70 г
Сухие дрожжи — 3 г
Гречневая мука — 110 г
Пшеничная мука — 220 г
Сливки 30-процентные — 90 мл
Сливочное масло — 40 г
Растительное масло — 100 мл
Соль
Варенье — по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. В молоке растворить сахар, соль и добавить дрожжи.
2. Смесь процедить, добавить гречневую муку, перемешать до однородной массы. Замешанное тесто оставить в теплом месте на 1-1,5 часа.
3. Добавить сливки, яйца, пшеничную муку, сливочное и растительное масло, хорошо перемешать и оставить еще на час в теплом месте.
4. Приготовить блины на сковороде. Подавать со свежими ягодами или любым вареньем.
