Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: ванильная рисовая каша

Сложно найти человека, равнодушного к рисовой каше. У одних это блюдо для завтрака ассоциируется с теплом домашней кухни, у других — с детсадовской столовой, где всегда кормили чуть больше, чем того хотелось. Теперь, когда детство осталось позади, настало время дать рисовой каше второй шанс. Как приготовить это блюдо правильно, рассказывает шеф-повар ресторана Christian Кристиан Лоренцини.
Ингредиенты:
Рис круглозерный — 50 г
Ванильный сахар — 5 г
Сахар — 5 г
Масло сливочное — 10 г
Вода — 100 мл
Молоко — 120 мл
Соль — по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. Рис залить небольшим количеством воды (она должна покрывать его примерно на 1 см), поставить на средний огонь, довести до кипения и помешивать, чтобы он впитал воду, но при этом не подгорел.
2. Когда рис впитает воду, порционно добавлять молоко, каждый раз давая каше закипеть, а рису — впитать жидкость. После того как рис стал мягким, добавить соль, белый сахар и ванильный сахар. Перед подачей положить в рисовую кашу сливочное масло.
