Ингредиенты:
Брускетта:
Хлеб бриошь — 50 г
Куриное филе — 100 г
Чеснок — 5 г
Листья салата Романо — 20 г
Соленый огурец — 20 г
Помидор — 20 г
Красный лук — 10 г
Пармезан — 20 г
Соус Цезарь:
Куриный желток — 1 шт.
Оливковое масло — 10 г
Анчоусы — 3 г
Каперсы — 3 г
Горчица — 4 г
Пармезан — 4 г
Соевый соус — 3 г
Чеснок — 2 г
Способ приготовления:
Курицу нарезать кубиками и обжарить на оливковом масле с добавлением чеснока. Подсушенную на гриле булочку бриошь смазать соусом Цезарь, для приготовления которого нужно смешать все ингредиенты в блендере. На соус выложить листья салата Романо, нарезанные слайсами соленый огурец, помидор и красный лук. Завершить сэндвич курицей. Украсить пармезаном.
