Ингредиенты:
Сливки 30-процентные — 170 мл
Яйца — 2 шт
Сироп агавы — 35 мл
Мякоть тыквы — 200 г
Сахар — 5 г
Мука пшеничная — 320 г
Вода — 50 мл
Масло сливочное — 200 г
Маскарпоне — 20 г
Арахисовая паста — 1 ч. л.
Печенье «Орео» — 1 шт.
Маршмеллоу — маленькая горсть
Тыквенные семечки — 1 ч. л.
Апельсин — 1 сегмент
Соль — щепотка
Способ приготовления:
1. Просеять муку. Добавить воду, сахар, 1 яйцо, сливочное масло и соль. Замесить тесто и сделать тарталетки.
2. Тыкву нарезать небольшими кусочками, размять. Положить в чашку, добавить 150 миллилитров сливок, 1 яйцо, влить сироп агавы и перемешать.
3. Наполнить полученной тыквенной массой сырые тарталетки и запекать 20 минут в духовке, заранее разогретой до 170 градусов.
4. Взбить оставшиеся сливки, добавить, маскарпоне и арахисовую пасту. Взбить в крем.
5. Тарталетки остудить. Выложить на блюдо. Сверху положить крем. Украсить маршмеллоу и тыквенными семечками. Тарелку посыпать вокруг раскрошенным бисквитом «Орео». Украсить порезанным сегментом апельсина.
