Любите начинать свой день с полезных и сытных блюд из крупы, но устали от банальной овсянки — тогда новый рецепт от HELLO.RU, каши из киноа с лимонным крем-брюле, специально для вас. Как приготовить это оригинальное блюдо, рассказывает шеф-повар ресторана «Воронеж» Максим Тарусин.
Ингредиенты (на 2 порции):
Киноа — 150 г
Кокосовое молоко — 150 г
Масло сливочное топленое — 7 г
Сахар — 10 г
Соль — 1 г
Для крем-брюле:
Яйца — 2 шт
Желток — 9 шт
Лимонный сок — 190 г
Сливки 35-процентные — 640 г
Сахар — 160 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Киноа отварить в воде (17 минут). В кокосовое молоко добавить отваренную киноа. Довести до кипения, добавить соль и сахар.
3. Для приготовления крема-брюле: Добавить сахар в сливки и нагреть до растворения сахара. В яйца влить лимонный сок, соединить со сливками и поставить в духовой шкаф при температуре 170 градусов на 1 час 20 минут.
4. Подать кашу с лимонным крем-брюле и сливочным маслом.
