Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: гречневая каша с грибами
Из огромного количества круп на завтрак мы чаще других выбираем овсяную или рисовую. Однако самым старым, традиционным и исконно русским вариантом завтрака считалась гречневая каша, которая сейчас переместилась в разряд гарниров ко вторым блюдам.
Ингредиенты:
Грибы белые 300 г
Гречка 200 г
Лук 150 г
Растительное масло 20 мл
Соль по вкусу
Перец по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
Лук нарезать полукольцами, обжарить на растительном масле. Грибы покрошить кубиком, добавить к луку, жарить 5-7 минут. Добавить гречневую крупу, залить все это двумя стаканами воды, посолить и поперчить. Тушить до готовности примерно 15-20 минут.
