Ингредиенты:
225 г. сливочного масла
225 г. темного шоколада
1 ч.л. растворимого кофе
220 г. коричневого сахара
220 г. белого сахара
1 чашка воды
4 яйца
3 ст.л. растительного масла
1 чашка сметаны
125 г. муки
125 г. муки, смешанной с разрыхлителем
2 ст.л. какао-порошка
1/2 ч.л. соды
Приготовление:
Чтобы сделать глазурь, растопите сливочное масло, шоколад, кофе, сахар и воду в кастрюле. Как только смесь расплавится, снимите с огня и дайте остыть. Разогрейте духовку до 160°C. Хорошо перемешайте яйца, масло, сметану, сливки и шоколад. Залейте шоколадную смесь в форму для запекания и выпекайте в течение 1,5 часов. Готовый торт покройте глазурью сверху и по бокам.
