Ингредиенты (на 4 порции):
Пшенная крупа — 280 г
Молоко — 400 г
Яблоки — 200 г
Сливочное масло — 120 г
Корица — 8 г
Тыква — 200 г
Соль — 8 г ( по вкусу)
Сахар — 60 г
Способ приготовления:
Очистить тыкву и яблоки. Выложить на противень. Яблоки посыпать корицей. Подсушить при температуре 90 градусов примерно 30 минут, чтобы яблоки и тыква покрылись плотной сухой корочкой. В это время промыть пшенную крупу, залить холодной водой и дать постоять, чтобы не было горечи. Затем нагреть сотейник, выложить в него сливочное масло и растопить его до получения карамельного оттенка. После налить молоко, поместить туда отделенную от воды крупу. Добавить соль и сахар по вкусу. Варить в течение 15 минут. Затем добавить, кубиком нарезанные яблоки и тыкву. Томить до готовности примерно 10 минут под крышкой.
