Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: ленивые вареники с творогом

Последнее воскресенье сентября предлагаем провести активно и на свежем воздухе. А чтобы не задерживаться дома и не тратить много времени на приготовление завтрака, обратите внимание на наш новый быстрый рецепт — ленивых вареников с творогом.
Ингредиенты (на 5 порций):
Творог — 500 г
Мука — 70 г
Сахар — 50 г
Стручок ванили — 1 шт.
Яйцо — 2 шт.
Сметана — 500 г
Абрикосы — 300 г
Сахар — 15 г
Мед — 40 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Карамелизовать 10 г сахара в сковороде. Абрикосы отделить от косточек, затем выложить их в сковороду. Добавить мед и пару капель воды. Абрикосы подержать на среднем огне несколько минут.
2. Творог смешать с мукой, добавить 5 г сахара и семена из стручка ванили. Перемешать. Полученную массу отваривать в воде в течение 2-4 минут.
3. Затем в отдельном сотейнике подогреть 500 г сметаны. Вареники из воды переместить в сметану и томить 10 минут.
4. Выложить вареники в тарелку. Сверху выложить абрикосы.
