Ингредиенты:
Шпинат — 50 г
Масло растительное — 10 г
Лук репчатый — 30 г
Сванская соль — щепотка
Яйца — 2 шт.
Чеснок — 3 г
Сулугуни — 20 г
Кинза — 5 г
Петрушка — 5 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Нарезать кубиками репчатый лук. Мелко нарезанный чеснок вместе с луком обжарить до полуготовности на сковороде.
2. Очистить и хорошо промыть шпинат. Смесь лука и чеснока обжарить со шпинатом 2 минуты. Когда шпинат будет готов, посыпать сванской солью.
3. Залить в сковороду немного взбитые яйца и еще раз посолить.
4. Посыпать нарезанный кубиками сыр сулугуни и накрыть крышкой, чтобы сыр подпекся.
