Ингредиенты:
Рикотта — 800 г
Сулугуни — 200 г
Яйцо — 2 шт
Тимьян — 4 г
Петрушка — 8 г
Мука — 120 г
Приготовление:
Смешать все ингредиенты и вымесить тесто до однородного состояния. Сформировать тесто в виде сырников, обвалять в муке и обжарить с двух сторон. Довести до готовности в духовке. Подавать рекомендуется с домашней аджикой.
