Ингредиенты:
Овсянка — 80 г
Молоко — 100 мл
Сливки — 50 мл
Марципан — 10 г
Лимонное желе — 10 г
Соль и сахар по вкусу
Для желе:
Лимон — 1 шт
Сахар — 10 г
Вода — 20 мл
Агар-агар — 2 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Приготовить лимонное желе: мякоть лимона нарезать мелким кубиком, цедру очистить от белого слоя и нарезать кубиком. Проварить цедру с мякотью в сахарном сиропе, процедить. Добавить агар-агар, довести до кипения и остудить. Полученную массу пробить блендером, протереть, добавить сцеженную мякоть и перемешать.
2. Овсянку отварить в молоке и сливках, украсить марципаном и лимонным желе.
