Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: хумус с кумином и лимонным соком

Подавать это блюдо на завтрак можно с подрумяненными на гриле или сковороде хрустящими гренками.
Вариантов приготовления хумуса существует великое множество. HELLO.RU делится оригинальным рецептом от шефа ресторана «Vаниль» Али Рами Амали и Александры Новиковой, которые уже завтра запускают по случая Великого поста Фестиваль здоровой постной еды How To Green. Предлагаемое блюдо можно или попробовать в ресторанах Novikov Group до 15 апреля, или приготовить самостоятельно по авторскому рецепту.
Ингредиенты:
кунжутная паста тахина 200 гр
нут гороховый 500 гр
лимонный сок 50 гр
бульон от гороха нут 200 мл
соль 7 гр
кумин 3 гр
чеснок 6 гр
вода холодная 100 мл
Приготовление:
Замочить нут гороховый на сутки в воде, сливать и менять воду 3 раза за сутки. Через сутки, опять сменить воду и поставить варить нут до полной готовности, пока он не станет очень мягким.
Слить воду, оставив 200 мл бульона, остудить нут, добавить кунжутную пасту тахину, сок лимона, соль, кумин, чеснок, воду и бульон от гороха. Взбить в блендере до однородной массы.
Перед подачей полить сверху оливковым маслом, добавить зелень по вкусу.
