Как приготовить такое блюдо на завтрак, рассказывает шеф-повар ресторана «Шинок» Елена Никифорова.
Ингредиенты:
Молоко — 0,5 л
Яйцо — 3 шт
Соль — 1 щепотка
Масло растительное — 100 г
Мука — 200 г
Для начинки:
Мак — 150 г
Сахар — 65 г
Сливочное масло — 30 г
Ванилин — на кончике ножа
Способ приготовления:
1. Замешать тесто для блинов: смешать молоко, куриные яйца, 1 столовую ложку сахара, щепотку соли, растительное масло и муку. Тщательно все перемешать, тесто должно быть жидким. Отпечь тонкие блины на разогретой сковороде.
2. Сделать маковую начинку: перемолоть мак в кофемолке вместе с сахаром, добавить ванилин и 40 граммов сахара. Растопить сливочное масло на водяной бане, добавить в маковую начинку, все тщательно перемешать.
3. Готовые блины смазать тонким слоем маковой начинки и свернуть конвертом. Подавать со сметаной, вареньем или сгущенным молоком.
