2 ч. л. лимонного сока
3 стакана муки
1,5 ч. л. соды
1/4 ч. л. соли
2 ч. л. ванилина
3/4 стакана сливочного масла (размягченного)
2 стакана коричневого сахара ( я взяла коричневый)
3 больших яйца
1,5 стакана молока
Для крема:
1/2 чашки сливочного масла (размягченного)
230 г сливочного сыра рикотта
100 гр сметаны
1 ч. л. ванилина
3,5 стакана сахарной пудры
Приготовление:
Замешать тесто и выложить в силиконовую форму. Выпекать бисквит около 40 минут при 180 градусах. Дать остыть, разрезать на несколько коржей. Смешать крем из всех ингредиентов и промазать им коржи. Дать торту настояться и подавать!
