Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: яичница в хлебе с цыпленком и бальзамическим соусом

Первое воскресенье декабря HELLO.RU предлагает начать с аппетитной яичницы в хлебе с цыпленком и бальзамическим соусом. Рецептом с нами поделился шеф-повар Chicken Run Марк Стаценко.

Ингредиенты:

Куриная грудка — 80 г
Растительное масло — 20 мл
Сэндвичный хлеб — 50 г
Куриное яйцо — 1 шт
Копченый сыр сулугуни — 10 г
Бальзамический соус 
Микс салат (для украшения)

Способ приготовления:

1. Обжарить на растительном масле в скороде куриную грудку до золотистой корочки и запечь в духовке при температуре 200 градусов в течение 3 минут.

2. Вырезать по центру сэндвичного хлеба прямоугольное отверстие размером 5 на 7 сантиметров.

3. Смазать скороду растительным маслом, на нее выложить хлеб. В отверстие хлеба разбить яйцо и посолить. Жарить хлеб с яйцом в течение минуты, затем посыпать тертым сыром сулугуни.

4. Поджаренный хлеб с яйцом поместить в духовку, разогретую до 200 градусов, на 3 минуты.

5. На тарелку выложить запеченный хлеб с яйцом, украсить блюдо микс-салатом. Куриную грудку разрезать на три части и выложить на микс-салат. Блюдо полить бальзамическим соусом.
