Все гениальное просто, а иногда еще и очень вкусно. Как например наш новый рецепт для воскресного завтрака, который предлагаем повторить вслед за шеф-поваром Vegas Café Максимом Колесниковым.
Ингредиенты:
Яйцо куриное — 3 шт
Креветки тигровые — 4 шт
Лук-шалот — 20 г
Чеснок — 5 г
Томаты (консервированные) — 50 г
Соль — 5 г
Сахар — 5 г
Петрушка — 3 г
Помидоры черри — 40 г
Способ приготовления:
На разогретой сковороде обжариваем лук, затем креветки, добавляем томаты (оба вида), чеснок и яйца. Доводим до готовности и посыпаем рубленной петрушкой.
