Ингредиенты:
Творог — 360 гр
Цедра апельсина — 1 гр
Сахар — 75 гр
Мука — 40 гр
Яйцо — 1 шт
Ванильный экстракт — 2 гр
Масло растительное — 10 гр
Сахарная пудра — 1 гр
Для крема:
Сливки 30-процентные — 400 гр
Вареная сгущенка — 150 гр
Способ приготовления:
1. Протертый творог смешиваем с мукой, сахаром, яйцами, цедрой и ванилью. Настаиваем массу в холодильнике примерно 6 часов. Формируем сырники и обваливаем в муке. Ставим в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов, на 6 минут. После обжариваем на масле до золотистой корочки.
2. Для крема вареную сгущенку соединяем со сливками, взбиваем. Сырники выкладываем на тарелку и посыпаем сахарной пудрой. Подаем с кремом.
