Последний летний уикенд — отличный повод отправиться на дачу, которым вы наверняка воспользовались. Суббота была бурной, а утро воскресенья началось поздно и лениво? Чтобы накормить утром воскресного дня большую компанию вовсе не обязательно разогревать вчерашний шашлык. Куда приятнее провести время за чашкой горячего чая и нежной пшеничной кашей на топленом молоке с соленой карамелью. Как приготовить это блюдо, рассказывает шеф-повар ресторана Food Embassy.
Ингредиенты (на 4 порции):
Цельнозерновая пшеница — 500 гр
Вода — 1,5 л
Молоко топленое — 1 л
Соленая карамель* — 50 гр
Соль, сахар — по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. Пшеницу залить в кастрюле водой, поставить на огонь, довести до кипения, убрать с огня, накрыть крышкой, настоять 30 минут. Эту процедуру повторить 2 раза (пшеница сухая ее надо распарить), а после слить воду и промыть пшеницу под холодной водой.
2. Половину пшеницы залить топленым молоком и пробить блендером. Полученную массу соединить с цельной пшеницей, поместить в кастрюлю поставить на маленький огонь.
3. Добавить карамель, соль, сахар, дать закипеть.
4. При подаче добавить сливочное масло.
*Соленую карамель можно купить в магазине. А можно приготовить самим — разогреть карамель на сковороде и добавить морскую соль.
