Забыть в этой приятной суете можно обо всем чем угодно, но только не о завтраке, который, как известно — залог правильного настроения на весь день. HELLO.RU предлагает начать последнее воскресенье уходящего года с аппетитных панкейков с яблоком и медом. Как их приготовить рассказывает шеф-повар udcкафе Павел Ларионов.
Ингредиенты:
Мука — 260 г
Молоко — 260 мл
Разрыхлитель — 5 г
Сода — 0,1 г
Соль — 0,5 г
Сахар — 50 г
Яйцо — 1 шт
Уксус — 3 мл
Для украшения: мед, сметана, палочка корицы и кедровые орешки
Приготовление:
Ингредиенты для теста тщательно перемешать. В тесто добавить нарезанные кубики яблок без кожицы, а также молотую корицу. Обжарить панкейки на скороводе с двух сторон. Выложить на тарелку, полить медом. При подаче добавить сметану, украсить кедровыми орешками, яблоком и палочкой корицы.
