Горячий итальянский бутерброд панинини — универсальный рецепт для идеального завтрака. Шеф-повар ресторана Modus Виктор Белей предлагает готовить панини с копченой неркой, сливочно-сырным соусом и свежими овощами, и мы с удовольствием следуем его совету.
Ингредиенты:
Панини — 1 шт
Филе копченой нерки — 60 г
Кремовый сыр (по вкусу) — 30 г
Сметана — 20 г
Укроп — 2 г
Огурцы — 20 г
Соус песто -20 г
Томаты желтые — 30 г
Семена кунжута — 1 г
Оливковое масло — 1 ч.л.
Способ приготовления:
1. Для приготовления соуса смешать сметану, кремовый сыр, оливковое масло, сок лимона и мелко порубленный укроп.
2. Панини разрезать пополам и запечь в духовке при температуре 180 градусов около 2-3 минут.
3. Верхнюю и нижнюю часть панини смазать соусом. Выложить в середину нерку, тонкие слайсы огурца и желтого томата, соус песто. Украсить семенами кунжута.
