Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: овсяная каша с лимонным кремом

Ингредиенты:

Геркулес — 200 гр

Вода — 600 мл

Масло сливочное  — 5 гр

Корица — 1 гр

Цедра апельсина — 1 гр

Молоко — 60 мл

Сахар — 12 гр

Сливки 30-процентные — 15 мл

Для лимонного крема:

Сок лимона — 140 мл

Сок апельсина — 200 мл

Масло сливочное — 260 гр

Сахар — 300 гр

Желток яичный — 250 гр

Яйцо куриное — 4 шт

Желатин — 10 гр

Способ приготовления:

1. Запариваем крупу в горячей воде 1 к 3. Настаиваем около часа. Добавляем сливки, сливочное масло, соль и сахар. Замешиваем.

2. Приготовление лимонного крема. Все фреши выпариваем на 1/3 от всего объема. Соединяем с яйцом и желтками. Добавляем сахар. Взбиваем. Добавляем желатин. Ставим на 1 час в холодильник.

3. Остывший лимонный крем выкладываем на кашу. При подаче посыпаем цедрой и корицей.
