Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: овсяная каша с грецким орехом и сухофруктами

Овсяная каша — блюдо для завтрака, популярное на всех континентах. В США в овсянку нередко добавляют кленовый сироп, в Англии — бекон, а в кавказских странах кашу принято подавать с сухофруктами и орехами. Шеф-повар грузинского ресторана «Казбек» Мамия Джоджуа делится рецептом, который мы предлагаем повторить в домашних условиях прямо сейчас.

Ингредиенты:

Овсяная крупа — 30 г
Молоко — 200 г
Соль — 1 г
Инжир — 5 г
Изюм — 5 г
Яблоко сухое — 5
Чернослив — 5 г
Грецкий орех — 3 г
Фундук — 3 г
Мед — 10 г

Способ приготовления:

Довести молоко до кипения, всыпать крупу и варить до готовности. Добавить чуть-чуть соли. Добавить мелко нарезанные сухофрукты (инжир, изюм, яблоко, чернослив) и перемешать. Выложить на тарелку и посыпать рубленными орехами и медом.
