Шоколадный фондан
Ингредиенты (на пять порций):
Горький шоколад — 150 г
Сливочное масло — 90 г
Яйца — 3 шт
Сливки — 40 мл
Мука — 30 г
Приготовление:
1. Шоколад поломать на дольки, масло нарезать кубиками. Растопить на водяной бане и перемешать до однородного состояния. Быстрый вариант: положить шоколад и масло в пакет, опустить его в чашку с горячей водой. Через несколько минут масса будет растоплена. Пакет надрезать и вылить шоколадную массу в миску для дальнейшего приготовления. Добавить к шоколадной массе муку, яйца и сливки. Перемешать венчиком.
2. Выложить в формочки для выпекания (подойдут жаропрочные стаканы). Поставить в духовку разогретую до 200 градусов на 5 минут. Подавать с шариком мороженного.
Тирамису
Ингредиенты (на 5 порций):
Сливки — 250 мл
Сахарная пудра — 1 ст. л.
Шоколадная паста — 50 г
Сыр Маскарпоне — 250 г
Мороженое ванильное
Печенье савоярди — 10 шт
Кофе — для замачивания печенья.
Приготовление:
1. Сыр Маскарпоне смешать с шоколадной пастой. Добавить сливки, взбитые с сахарной пудрой. Перемешать.
2. Печенье савоярди обмакнуть в заваренный кофе.
3. Выложить в порционный стакан десерт слоями: на дно поломанное печенье, сверху ванильное мороженое, затем шоколадно-сливочный крем, еще один слой печенья и снова мороженое.
Тыквенная запеканка
Ингредиенты (на 3 порции):
Яйцо — 1 шт
Молоко 1% — 2 ст.л
Ваниль — 1/4 ч.л
Мука — 7 ст.л
Тыквенное пюре (можно взять детское) — 1/4 чашки
Сахар коричневый — 1/4 чашки
Корица молотая — 1/4 ч.л
Соль — 1 щепотка
Приготовление:
Смешать в емкости яйцо, молоко, ваниль, тыквенное пюре, муку, сахар, корицу и щепотку соли. Хорошо перемешать, разлить по порционным чашкам. Поставить в микроволновку на 2-3 минуты. Перед подачей немного остудить.
