Ингредиенты:
Картофель — 300 г
Мука — 5 г
Лепестки миндаля — 10 г
Огурец — 50 г
Лосось слабосоленый — 40 г
Сыр сливочный — 30 г
Укроп — по вкусу
Петрушка — по вкусу
Подсолнечное масло — по вкусу
Соль — по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. Натереть сырой картофель на терке, добавить соль, муку и лепестки миндаля. Выложить смесь на сковороду и жарить до готовности (7-12 минут), после чего выложить на тарелку.
2. Порубить зелень и огурец, выложить на драник вместе с кусочками малосольного лосося. Украсить любимыми травами и сбрызнуть ароматным маслом.
